Howdy, Reader. I hope you're doing well. I thought I'd drop in here with a little news. (No, not that kind of news, but the manuscript is coming along. I've had to salvage it from *grumbles* my old writing program to a different program called Scrivener, so it's taking even longer to fix than I'd hoped. But so far, so good. We're three chapters into the salvage so far, and chugging along. As much as my hands will let me. *sigh* I can't say when it'll be done but goodness, I hope before the end of the summer. *fingers crossed* We'll see. Wish me luck with Scrivener. It has quite the learning curve. (A really thick book called Scrivener for Dummies has come in handy.) Second order of business. I have a brand new webstore! That's right. A webstore. Not only that, but I've built a whole new site around it. No more Wordpress. Are blogs dead anyway? *shrugs* I don't know. I included a blog into the site at any rate. Just trying sort through blog posts from *deep breath* 2009 all the way up to last month. Yeah. 2009. Don't whistle in awe 'til you hear this part: I've had a website, in some form or other, since 2001. (Now, you can awe-whistle.) Yes, way back then. And I coded that puppy all (or mostly) by html. By hand. This site? Drag and Drop, WYSIWYG, but we added whole bunch of code to go with it. My. Brain. Is. Now. Fried. It has been a real "learning curve" kinda Spring. So...Webstore, I say? Yes! You can purchase my ebooks straight from little ole me (and an audiobook or two--well, I'm working on getting those up), and not support an ultra-billionaire. Want to take a peek? It's here: https://julidrevezzo.com/ The store is nestled under the Books link in the header menu, click it, and you're on your way. (If you find any broken links or previews that don't belong to said book, let me know. It got a little hairy there for a bit.) Next: I have a new Facebook page. It’s been so long, I’m at a loss what to post there. :D I know, I know. Burn the Billionaires, but… alas, my name is not Rockefeller, as my father used to say, so I need it still. What do you like to see on author Facebook pages? Let me know and maybe give mine a like?
Also, this Newsletter's giveaway: Somehow, I overlooked this one. Apologies! If you can't click the banner above, it's: https://storyoriginapp.com/to/NxMRFvR Note: Some of the books in this giveaway are erotic romance. Not mine, but some are. And finally, I have two guests to share with you today: My friend Suzanne G. Rogers has a new release titled The Widow and The Wolf. Synopsis: Lady Montrose was widowed in the Charleston quake of 1886 and has worn mourning ever since. When she finally brings her young son back to her husband’s estate in England six years later, she is warned about her neighbor, a widower with a reputation as a rake. Although she does her utmost to avoid the man, when he suffers injuries on her property while saving her son’s life, she feels duty-bound to nurse him back to health. Unfortunately, the more she devotes herself to his care, the more his stirring presence awakens passions she thought were lost forever. Get it here. And Rose Pearson has a new one titled The Viscount's Forged Farewell (Lords of the Lost Hearts, book 5) Synopsis: Two letters destroyed their love. Neither of them wrote a word. Get it here. Finally, the question. I think I have some writer friends here, so do any of you lovely people use Scrivener? What do you think of it? Do any of you use it with Windows? Help a gal out? *haha* Thank you all for reading, as ever, and I hope you have a fantastic day. best wishes, Juli D. Revezzo |

DearReader Sorry, I thought I did everything right, but it looks like the links to my two swap buddies got wasted somewhere. Here they are again: Christmas At Kellworth by Donna K. Hi, Reader I hope you’re doing well and are looking forward to a fine July 4th (if you celebrate). I’m feeling back to normal, this week and have been working hard revising that darned follow-up to Letters to Ellie, and am happy to report…that draft is done. If all goes well, maybe (medium-sized maybe) I can have it out before the end of October? We’ll see. I hate to commit, since the last revision went so horribly wrong. 🫣 For reading, I’m still plugging along in the Thelonious Monk book I...
Happy almost-Midsummer, my friends. I hope you're all doing well. I've had a ... bad week. After the last time we spoke, I did some weeding in the garden and ...wrenched my back. Again. So I've been down all week, not much work done on the follow-up to Letters to Ellie. Because I also hit a pesky point in my revision that needs my butt in the uncomfortable computer chair to accomplish. :( Naturally, right? But we'll get there. Bright side? I have less than 80 pages left to double check, and...
