Good morning again, Reader, I hope you all had a good weekend--and didn't have any trouble joining this here new list. Thank you for taking the time to go through the gauntlet. 😥I know things have been chaotic around here (and not only in the realm of my newsletter, let me tell you!) but I hope I have some things you might enjoy this time out. First things first, thank you again for coming along. I'm working hard on things behind the scenes here, as well as on the next book in the Lost Slipper Society, and hope to have those edits soon. Love is a many splintered thing, at this stage--especially for this manuscript. (And do you know what song that quote "Love is a many splintered thing" is from? Fan points for you, if so! Reply and let me know if you've heard it. Or, you'll find the answer in my next newsletter, so stay tuned.) Well, I had thought I might have a giveaway for you, but...the event fell through, I guess. Instead, I hope you enjoy these offerings from my new friends. Caine and Caleb Maxwell continued working their family ranch after the death of their parents. With their housekeepers, Rose and Iris Dunn, to take care of them, the teenage boys took over the farm work. When their cousin, Scott Maxwell moved to the ranch, he was welcomed into the family. The boys nicknamed themselves The Maxwell Group. Over the next few years, Hank Pearson, Will Hughes, and Daniel Smith found their way to the ranch where the six boys grew up as brothers. With years of hard work and determination they developed the ranch and The Maxwell Group, into a well-respected organization. The loss of Caine's wife, Amy, rocked the whole group. Each brother taking responsibility and blame for their own part in her tragic death. When Scott decides to send for a mail-order bride, it sets off a string of events that shakes the foundation of The Maxwell Group. Each of the brothers is forced to face his demons as new women come into their lives. If you'd like, you can get it here. What if the woman you love murdered your best friend? Check out Once Upon a Masquerade here. (Fun fact, my book A Waltz Before Midnight includes a masquerade ball, and House of Dark Envy started life as just a masquerade ball short) Please forgive the swaps right up front. I'm trying to build up my list a little more. That's all I have for now. I hope you find something you love! Enjoy and we'll talk again soon. best, Juli D. Revezzo https://julidrevezzo.com/ PS. DearReader Sorry, I thought I did everything right, but it looks like the links to my two swap buddies got wasted somewhere. Here they are again: Christmas At Kellworth by Donna K. Hi, Reader I hope you’re doing well and are looking forward to a fine July 4th (if you celebrate). I’m feeling back to normal, this week and have been working hard revising that darned follow-up to Letters to Ellie, and am happy to report…that draft is done. If all goes well, maybe (medium-sized maybe) I can have it out before the end of October? We’ll see. I hate to commit, since the last revision went so horribly wrong. 🫣 For reading, I’m still plugging along in the Thelonious Monk book I...
Happy almost-Midsummer, my friends. I hope you're all doing well. I've had a ... bad week. After the last time we spoke, I did some weeding in the garden and ...wrenched my back. Again. So I've been down all week, not much work done on the follow-up to Letters to Ellie. Because I also hit a pesky point in my revision that needs my butt in the uncomfortable computer chair to accomplish. :( Naturally, right? But we'll get there. Bright side? I have less than 80 pages left to double check, and...
